The Challenge
Before Thryv — or as Kirk Dulin, Operations Manager at Jarvis Electric calls it, “BT” — the office at Jarvis Electric was cluttered with lots of pens and paper. Important customer information was scattered everywhere, and trying to manage it all was, to say the least, time-consuming.
They needed a system that would help them organize their customer information, manage the 50– to –100 phone calls they received daily, and – perhaps to state the obvious — save them time.
Now, with everything streamlined through Thryv, there are no more late nights in the office, trying to piece everything together.
