If you’ve ever hired an attorney (or if you are an attorney), you know legal services can be pretty pricey. So naturally, it can be difficult for anyone with lower income to access legal help.
But entrepreneur Seth Usifo Nwosu says that’s not acceptable. So he started a small business to make justice accessible and affordable for all.
Seth and his small business S.U.N., INC. provide paralegal and nursing consulting services in Phoenix, Arizona and Newark, New Jersey. But he doesn’t do it alone, and that’s one thing that makes their business so unique. His wife Cambria has been a registered nurse for 10 years, and she’s on staff to support clients needing medical records consultation as well.
Hear more about how Seth and Cambria manage their businesses with CRM, all while keeping their services affordable, in the latest episode of “Winning on Main Street”.
A Sneak Peek
According to Cambria, some clients prefer to do things in person or over the phone. And that’s OK! But business is evolving.
“Whenever necessary, we would prefer everyone to use software. Everything’s done securely. There’s no hiccups. And we can see a fluid conversation between us and our clients virtually.”
