Centralized Google My Business page
We all know that Google is the center of the search universe. So, at Thryv, we centralized all of your business’s Google My Business activity in one place.
On this GMB page, you can control your cover photos, logos, hours, Google posts and more. Plus, you can further manage your GMB listing with things like:
- Additional categories
- Services offered
- Attributes such as wheelchair access or COVID restrictions
- Link for appointment setting
- Service and delivery areas
- and much more
The bonus to having all of your GMB listing info within Thryv is that once you update it on Google, it updates the rest of your online listings around the internet.
Additionally, you’ll get a performance overview with details such as how many people saw and/or clicked on your listing, how many asked for directions, your three most recent reviews and links to respond.
With all of these items up-to-date and optimized, Google will reward your listing by moving it higher in the search rankings. This results in more customers and prospects finding your business. Learn more about Thryv and GMB here.
Improved Scheduler Workflow
When it comes to appointments, you want to get them scheduled and get back to work. These scheduler updates will help you do just that. They make it easier to use, add context to each appointment, and the scheduler is optimized for mobile for when you’re on the go.
When jumping into the new scheduler, you’ll notice that you also have access to customer information, job details, last booking information and payment status for previous work.
You’ll also see that service selections appear with the service duration, cost and location of service, so you have more critical info at your fingertips
In just a few clicks, you can set reoccurring appointments or block off an entire day. With smart alerts, you’ll get a warning for a team member’s scheduling conflict, so you don’t double book them.
