We’re excited to share that Selling Power magazine named Thryv among the 50 Best Companies to Sell For 2020 list. This is the fourth year in a row that Thryv has received this honor.
In Selling Power’s 20th year of providing these rankings, Thryv jumped up to the 15th spot on the 2020 list. This is a 12-position jump for Thryv in just one year. Thryv leaders noted that client relationship nurturing and an ever-evolving client-experience platform that customers love are the keys to Thryv’s success this year.
Ranking the 50 Best
When comparing companies, Selling Power reviews compensation and benefits; hiring, sales training and sales enablement; and customer retention. Among other metrics, Selling Power used criteria such as sales contests and a base level for training, and deciphered how the companies compared to the base.
“Our sales team and their coveted client relationships are our greatest combined asset,” said Thryv Chief Revenue Officer Jim McCusker. “Our Business Advisors truly believe in our product. They help SMBs automate and modernize their business; and they’re good at it.”
Selling Power publisher Gerhard Gschwandtner said this list is a critical tool for sales professionals to evaluate their options in an era of extreme change.
“Recent shakeups around the globe mean more top sales talent is available to hire. Potential candidates need tools to help weigh options and guide their career choices,” he said. “Each company on this list has created a winning sales culture in its own unique way, with the right tools in place to support a growth-oriented sales career over the long haul.”
McCusker added that Thryv has stayed true to a core mission: Supporting small business.
“We are constantly evolving to keep pace with today’s rapidly changing marketplace, but one thing remains the same — we believe in the American dream of owning and running your own small business,” he says. “And Thryv supports that.”
