Thryv Wins 14 G2 Spring Report Awards and Named Leader for 6th Quarter

Oh, hello Spring. You’re looking better than ever, showing up with 14 G2 Spring Report 2021 Awards for Thryv’s end-to-end customer experience software. We’re thrilled to report that this is the most awards Thryv has received in a given quarter — and the sixth quarter in a row that Thryv has been named a G2 Leader.

G2 is an online platform that serves two primary purposes: First, to allow software users to leave detailed reviews on the platforms they use; second, to provide consolidated, third-party information on different software programs, including the reviews from verified users.

And from the looks of all that, we’re guessing that our users have a little spring fever … and we’re not mad about it!

For the sixth quarter in a row, G2 named Thryv a Leader for Small Business. That means that Thryv not only has high customer satisfaction ratings, but also has a high (and growing) market presence. Thryv was also named an Overall Leader for all categories, once again.

For the second quarter in a row, G2 names Thryv Overall Best Estimated ROI.
Making it the third quarter in a row, Thryv has the Highest User Adoption for Small Business
And for the second time, Thryv is a Leader in Overall Highest User Adoption.
For the third quarter in a row, Thryv Small Business users are Most Likely to Recommend Thryv.
And users Overall are Most Likely to Recommend.
For the fourth straight quarter, users say Thryv has the Easiest Set-up among Small Businesses and Overall.
Also, for the fourth quarter in a row, Small Business users recognized that Thryv has the Easiest to Administer Software.
