Thryv Winter Incentive New SubscribersTerms and Conditions

If you are a new Thryv Platform Subscriber, you may take advantage of the Thryv Winter Savings Incentive Program (“Winter SIP”) if you meet the requirements set forth below. All purchases of Thryv Subscription Services are subject to the Thryv Platform Services Terms and Conditions, the Subscription Service Terms, as applicable, which can be found here, the terms of each which are incorporated herein by this reference. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning given in the Thryv Platform Services Terms and Conditions.

1. Location. The Winter SIP is only available to new Thryv Platform subscribers doing business in United States, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand only.
2. Incentive Details.
   1. Standard Incentive Program. All new Thryv Platform subscribers qualify for the Thryv Platform’s standard new-subscriber discount options (“New Platform Subscriber Discount”), which include either:
      1. The first month of the monthly subscription fee is waived; OR
      2. The New Platform Subscriber Discount applies to the monthly subscription fees only and does not apply to any one-time fees or other recurring fees.
   2. Winter SIP. In addition to the New Platform Subscriber Discount, if you subscribe to a Thryv Business Center Professional package or higher, and you subscribe to any Thryv Marketing Center Subscription Service, you are eligible for a discount of $200 to be applied against the second and third months of your subscription, for a total of $400. The total discounts applied will not exceed the total monthly subscription fees.
